Download our waivers All jumpers, experienced and first timers alike, will need to fill out a waiver before getting in the plane. You can save a little time by printing out our waivers and filling them out at home, or wait until you arrive and we'll provide them. The waivers are valid for one calander year, so if you haven't filled one out this year you will need to before you can jump at CMS. These waivers are in Adobe PDF format, and you will need to have a reader such as Adobe Acrobat to read and print out the waivers. Don't have it? Get it by clicking on the Adobe image below. Under Construction First timers or Tandem Students will need to complete our Combined waiver. Under Construction Experienced jumpers and other students only need to fill out the CMS waiver.

Having trouble downloading and viewing the waivers? Do you have Adobe Acrobat or some other reader that can view pdf files installed? If not follow the Adobe link above to get and install Acrobat. If you have Acrobat installed and are still having trouble, try saving the file to disk first. To do this right click on the waiver you want to download, and choose save to disk. Once it is downloaded try double clicking the file. If this does not work open up Adobe Acrobat, go to file, open, and choose the waiver file you just downloaded. Still having trouble?
